Book Launch – The First Widow

On 21st October we had the book launch for my new thriller novel “The First Widow”. We held it at the amazing Ironworks Studio near Brighton Station which is such a cool and funky space. The event was put on by Different Hats, a podcast owned by Sam Thomas, and he was great (as he always is). We had about 80 people on the expected list, but as it was a rainy dark Monday evening I hoped we would still get about 50 people, to create a good atmosphere. However even before the 6.30pm opening time we already had over 100 people there, which ended up closer to 120 by the time we started. Sam had set up two couches on the stage and we simply sat and chatted, and I have to say it was great fun. If you have the time please check out the podcast as it really tell the story of the night.
